Safety reports
If you need to report a user, unsafe behavior, harassment, or something that happened around a Link Up, email dawgpoundapp@gmail.com with as much detail as you can share. If there is an immediate emergency or threat, contact local emergency services first.
Account deletion and privacy requests
Until a full in-app deletion flow is available, email us from the address linked to your Dawg Pound account and include the request you need, for example: delete my account, correct my data, or help with privacy questions.
Response expectations
We aim to review support and safety emails as quickly as practical. Response time can vary depending on launch volume, weekends, and the nature of the issue.
